Hi there, Dragon City community.

I'm having issues despiting texts in game. Recently I begin using the Bluestack app for PC and played other games and didn't have any issues, but Dragon City just don't load texts, it is a blank baloon all over the place, even in the first loading screen (that tear that shows the percentage of loading).

Bluestacks directx or openglDownload

I've downloaded bluestacks before on my mac, but I deleted it. I've been trying to re-download it since then but this appears. I've deleted all the bluestacks files and tried re-downloading it (done the same with virtualbox) but it still won't work and I'm to sure how to fix the problem.

Someone faced that before? I've tried changing the language of the game but it's just a bunch of blank options, still, we have some russian, korean and japanese texts there but even if a choose them, it doesn't load any single letter.
